Managing Director / Project Manager
The original founder of Holloway Builders, James has over 20 years of experience in the building industry. He is a perfectionist in all he does and thrives on the satisfaction of delivering a quality product and outcome for his clients.
Sales Manager
With years of experience in the housing industry, Kerry is passionate about looking after our clients. She prides herself on helping our clients navigate the pre-construction process.
Construction Manager
With 20 years of building and construction experience behind him, Grant knows how to manage a productive construction team. He's also not afraid to muck in and put the tool belt on when necessary!
Quantity Surveyor
With over 10 years overseas work experience in the construction industry, Yi also holds a NZ Bachelor’s Degree in Construction. Her focus on efficiency and accuracy helps her achieve the best outcome for each project.
Interior Designer
Charlotte is experienced in assessing your design thoughts and helping you choose the most suitable style for your new or renovated home.
Administration Officer
An invaluable member of the Holloway’s team. Accurate and timely with everything financial.
Business Manager
With a background in Graphic Design and Marketing, Pip has vast experience working within real estate and building companies. She brings fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
